Arsenal is expected to announce the acquisition of Lilles Winger Gervinho, as soon as this week. Arsenal have been heavily linked to the Ivorian for a long time, and it is no surprise to anyone that the deal will likely happen. Gervinho had a very solid season with Lille, with 14 goals and 10 assists in 34 appearances for the French champions, and he should be a welcoming addition to the Gunners ranks.
