David De Gea, former goal keeper for Athletico Madrid, has agreed on a 5 year contract with Premier league champions Manchester United. The deal, which is rumored to be around 18 million pounds, was finally agreed upon after months of negotiation between Man U and Athletico. "I feel very Proud and I cant wait to start playing here. When a club the size of manchester united comes in on you, it obviously makes you feel very happy," said the 20 year old u21 Spanish international. De Gea is expected to succeed legendary red devil goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar, who retired after the end on last season.
